Monday Morning Yoga Flow
This morning yoga class is based on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, where movement is married with the breath. Find length in your spine as you flow through a series of sun salutations and asanas.
Find your feet on the Earth and feel grounded. Rest and reset in savasana, soothe your nervous system and allow the body and mind to soften. Tune into the sensations of the body after your practice.

Hatha Yoga
Press Pause in your day and soak up the ambience of this Hatha Yoga class with Kelly.
Build strength and balance in the body and mind, by connecting your breath with movement. Whether you are a beginner Yogi or have an established yoga practice, Kelly offers something for everyone in class.
Take time out of your day to sit on your mat, and observe the senses, physical body and breath. Re-emerge back into your week with the tools to help you feel more balanced and grounded.
Pregnancy Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a specially tailored yoga with many physical and emotional benefits for the mum-to-be.
Using the wisdom of yoga, Kelly teaches a series of strengthening poses and Yoga Nidra, to relax the mind, allowing you this special time with baby. Learn the power of breath and visualisation to support you in birth.

Yin Yoga
Based on passive, longer held poses with props, Yin works on the deepest tissues of your body, ligaments, joints, bones and fascia.
Yin yoga calms and balances the mind and body, reducing stress and improving energy. If you’re tired and needing energy or overstimulated both energetically and emotionally, then Yin is for you. Yin yoga gives you time and space to just be, to observe and release. A deeply soothing practice for the nervous system.
Restorative Yoga Sessions
Rest, recharge, rebuild. These monthly sessions are the perfect opportunity to treat yourself to 90 minutes of restorative yoga and nidra meditation. This practice is centred around slowing down, releasing muscle tension and soothing the nervous system. Connecting with body and mind, just feeling and being.
