About Kelly

Kelly Louise Pryce is a YA accredited Yoga Teacher based in the West of Ireland.

Yoga has played a part in Kelly’s life from a young age. Regularly attending a yoga class, Kelly found solace throughout her teenage years and university life.

Whilst living in Cambridge and navigating through a global pandemic, Kelly sought comfort in her yoga practice. Using yoga and mindfulness as a tool to cope with the uncertainty of our turbulent world. It helped Kelly to focus on the now, this exact moment, and just allowed her to be.

In 2021, Kelly enrolled on a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Suffolk, UK with the initial intention of deepening her own personal practice and knowledge of yoga philosophy. Kelly has since completed over 500 hours of training including her 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga and Prenatal.

Kelly’s approach to yoga seeks to provide a space where her students can find peace in their day. Kelly offers a mindful approach to allow her students to press pause on their busy day, allowing themselves to be present and soak up the ambience of the class.

Post pandemic, the world seems to be turning at a faster pace. Society seems to have lost track of what ‘downtime’ is and stress is becoming a common denominator in most people’s lives. The pandemic has created a new type of burnout. Social lives have resumed in full swing, work is busier than ever and as a society, people have never felt more disconnected in their lives.

Kelly is a firm believer in the disconnect to reconnect mentality. She believes that by pressing pause, sitting on your mat and just observing the senses, physical body and breath, we can re-emerge back into life, with tools to help us feel more balanced and grounded.

“To a mind that is still, a whole universe surrenders.”
